This year Greenstone will also be hosting a Fieldays Tent Talk focused on one of the biggest challenges many dairy farmers are facing right now – attracting, securing, and retaining good migrant staff in an increasingly complex immigration environment.
This practical 25-minute session will cover common mistakes we’re seeing across the dairy sector that are leading to delays and stress, along with straightforward advice on how to avoid them. There’ll also be time for questions at the end.
